| Returns Policy Under no circumstances should goods be returned to Avrio without prior notification. Avrio have implemented a simple returns procedure but to ensure that goods are returned and processed in the quickest possible time please ensure that this procedure is followed.Before arranging to return any goods for any reason a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number should be obtained this can be done by firstly emailing info@avrio.co.uk you will then be emailed a RMA form that should be fully completed and either faxed or emailed back. On reciept and checking of this from and should the goods be eligible for replacement or repair then a RMA number will be issued. This number should be entered on the form and placed with the goods in suitable packaging. The same RMA number should be placed on the outside of the box. The parcel should then be delivered, at your expense, to the address on the RMA form.Once the items have been checked either a repair or replacement will be arranged and the item will be returned to you within 28 days.If no fault is found then Avrio reserve the right to charge an inspection fee and carriage charge before returning the item.Private sale (excludes business to business transactions) items will only be accepted back for a credit within 7 days of purchase and only if the goods are in a resalable condition. |
